The first careernever really stopped.

Two years designing vehicle parts for mass production, then four building growth engines for SaaS. The habits from the first one — tolerances, schedules, validating before shipping — turned out to be the whole advantage in the second.

I keep building the infrastructure, not just the campaign on top of it.

Profile

Canada, remote. Four years of SaaS growth across paid and organic, on budgets reaching half a million a month and in more than fifty countries. Open to senior growth roles and selective consulting.

Where the workactually happened

012026 —

Roof AI — Growth Marketing Lead

Vertical AI for roofing contractors. Owns the growth function: the marketing site, the organic program and product-led growth. Launched PLG and rebuilt organic around an AI content engine measured in Search Console rather than third-party estimates.

022023 — 2025

Surge — Growth Leader & Managing Director

Full-funnel growth agency for B2B and B2C SaaS, founded and run from zero. Growth strategy, campaign management, sites and landing pages, ad creative and reporting — up to seven client engagements at once, and a five-person team.

032022 — 2023

Masse — Head of Outreach, Growth Operations

Early-stage growth and content agency. Worked beside the founder daily on content strategy and writing, outbound campaigns, hiring and sales support, across both client acquisition and delivery.

042019 — 2020

Honda R&D — Design Engineer

Designed and validated vehicle parts for mass production: sourcing suppliers, specifying materials, setting tolerances and owning development schedules against fixed launch dates. The origin of everything systems-shaped that came after.

How the work goes

01Method

Systems, not campaigns

The engineering habit shows up as instrumenting first and building things that keep running. Every reference comments on it independently, which makes it a signature rather than a self-description.

02Method

Measures with the source of truth

Search Console over third-party estimates. Server-side tracking and clean UTM governance under the dashboards, on the view that reporting is only as honest as its plumbing.

03Method

Stays in the work while leading

Ran campaigns, built pages and designed creative alongside the five people he managed. Judgment stays calibrated by doing, not reviewing.

04Method

Builds himself out of the job

SOPs, playbooks and automation so a system survives his absence. The SEO engine replacing roughly three people is the clearest expression of it.
